Do I have to know what I am doing to start?

Not at all! This is a way to work closely with me to help you find your inner voice and learn how to move your body in the best way that suites you. I teach beginner technique, train your muscles from wherever you are in your journey, and champion you to move at your own pace.

Do I have to do yoga, pilates, HIIT, and Meditaion?

Your sessions are specifically curated to take you in the direction of your JOY. Do you want to experience more mobility? Yoga. Do you want to deregulate your system and relax? Yin yoga and mindfulness meditation. Do you want to have a super fun, challenging workout? HIIT. Maybe Pilates. Maybe a yoga, pilates, HIIT mashup. Your wellness ritual is designed for you by you.

Do you work with athletes?

Yes, I work with team sports and individual athletes. Email me to book a consultation and we will knock out the details.

Do I need a mat?

You will need a mat. If you don’t have one, I can bring a high quality, manduka mat for you to use during the session.

Can you come to my office? I’m super crunched for time.

Absolutely. We will get the “ok” from your employer and I can come to your office gym or your favorite park near there. Email me and we can alter the length of the session if you need to squeeze it in during lunch or between meetings.
